 Mentor Expectations
I had a
blast talking to my mentor this year! Cybermentor has really helped me to explore the world of careers in science and encouraged me as a woman studying in the science field.

What is expected of me as a mentor?
- Commit to mentoring a female student between the ages of 11 and 18.
- Commit for the current school year (September - May).
- Be available to communicate regularly online and send weekly messages (minimum of once weekly and 10 minutes per week).
- Provide feedback to the Cybermentor program
