Use the website! The site has examples to follow, useful tips, fun activities to do by yourself or with your mentor, information about careers and cool science topics. The online community is a great place to talk to other people in the program. Visit the website. You may find just what you need to:
- Help you connect with your mentor
- Learn about amazing women in science and engineering
- Explore possibilities for a future career
- Ask any questions you have
- Join a discussion forum on topics that interest you in science, math, technology and engineering • arrange to “meet” your mentor in the secure chat room
- Participate in a webcast or “meet an expert” online
- Solve a puzzle
- Find out what’s out there for young women like you, such as science opportunities, youth conferences, and even scholarships that you can apply for. If it’s not there, use the contacts on the website and send the program office a message.
